Times smaller and bigger
From Why start at x, y, z
Does "\(x\) is 5 times smaller than \(y\)" mean \(x = y/5\)?
Does "\(x\) is one time smaller than \(y\)" make sense?
Does "\(x\) is two times bigger than \(y\)" mean the same thing as "\(x\) is twice as big as \(y\)"?
