In English, there are multiple widely-accepted ways of pronouncing the names of Greek letters.[1]

For \(\beta\), in Britain "bee-ta" is most common, while in the USA "bay-ta" is more common. Similar for \(\zeta\).


The symbol 0 is spoken in many different ways in English:
